 Idaho governor signs bill criminalizing public breast exposure and ‘truck nuts’

 

 

Hey, it's a crazy day politically, with lots of clowns and clown cars. Not, to make you feel like you really went to the circus, here's news from modern day Idaho.  

 

 

 

 

Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed into law a bill that criminalizes the public exposure of breasts.

House Bill 270 updates Idaho’s indecent exposure law, which already bans public exposure of genitals, to include female breasts, male breasts altered to look like female breasts, artificial breasts and toys or products that resemble genitals. 

Breastfeeding is exempt. 

The bill takes effect immediately — through an emergency clause. Little signed the bill Wednesday, according to the governor’s office legislation tracker. 

Supporters say the bill will protect decency and modernize Idaho’s indecent exposure law. Opponents say it could unduly punish transgender Idahoans and males experiencing hormonal conditions that enlarge breasts. 

The Republican-supermajority controlled Legislature widely passed the bill, with support from 87 Republican state lawmakers and opposition from 14 Democratic state lawmakers.

Last week, a Hispanic person said: "he always says to Hispanics and in meetings he respects us.".

My response: Leo, you're a person who doesn't watch TV. I caught his ads:

• there'll be no Sancturary Cities
• Build the Wall now
• and lock up all the criminals (any person who entered the country illegally, including most persons you know who may even have citizenship, green cards or other ID's now.....but at some time, last year, or 30 years ago, entered illegally. 
• reverse gay marriage

Have you considered that what people say is Trumped by what they do??

His interests are basically that of other Rich Rancher Idaho Politicians: line their own pockets and promote laws only in the interest of Ranchers. Oddly, I don't see your name Leo, or the word Hispanics in this equation.

Don't be silent, don't be "fake respectful". Stand up, speak up, get pissed.
